Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a unique system of massage, stretching and manipulation designed to improve body alignment, joint mobility and impaired conditions of soft tissues (such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia)- and disorders due to trapped nerves. Osteopathy is also a way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems, based on the principle that the wellbeing of an individual depends on their bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue functioning smoothly together.
