Full usage of our fully equipped Technogym area, our trainers are on hand to offer you advice and to take you around the facility after a reinvigorating workout. Change into a luxurious robe and slippers in the peaceful changing room, then calm your mind, relax and prepare your skin for treatment in the Steam Room, Sauna and Rainforest Shower.  Lie down in our warm refreshing wet area. Your therapist will collect you, and your choice of treatments will begin. Afterwards, you can relax within the wet area as you want. Or plunge into the Spa Pool. You’re welcome to use all the facilities at The Grosvenor Waterside Health & Fitness Spa.
