April's Fitness Challenge


This month we will be testing your lower body strength with this simple holding position (which is also used a stress position for interrogating prisoners, by the way!) known as the Wall Squat or ‘Electric Chair’!

The rules are simple…

Thighs perfectly horizontal, shins perfectly vertical. Hold the position for as long as possible.

That’s it!

Person who holds it the longest wins a free Personal Training session! Speak to members of our Team for details.
