Studio

The principle behind the Adult Studio Timetable is variety.
 

A huge range of classes including cardiovascular, conditioning, step, circuits, legs, bums & tums and spin to ensure that there’s something for everyone.
 

As well as individual classes a wide variety of courses are also on offer which are Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Boxercise, meditation and pre/post natal, allowing members to progress and develop through the levels.

Classes

Classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.

All classes include a warm up, cool down and stretch.

 

ABDOMINALS

A 20 minute blast class focusing solely on the abdominal muscles.

 

LBT

A 20 minute blast class focusing on the problem areas; legs, bums & tums.

 

STRETCH & RELAX
 

A 20 minute relaxing class with deep, calming stretches.


 

FAT ATTACK

Attack is a sport inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina.  This high evergy interval training clss combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

 

BOXERCISE

A boxing class incorporates boxing moves and styles using pad work.  Excellent cardio and fun.

 

BODY CONDITIONING

A total body workout using light resistance and cardio exercises, sure to tone and sculpt your body.



SPIN

A cycling class on a stationary bike, a fun high energy endurance class to music using different intensity levels. Be prepared to sweat and see results quickly!



BACK, ABS AND OBLIQUES

Working those important muscles to increase strength, power and balance in these core areas.



BOOTCAMP

A class using different stations to incorporate cardio and resistance exercises, ideal for anyone looking to increase their fitness and tone at the same time!



PILATES CLASS

Pilates is a unique system of exercise, designed to create a balance of strength and flexibility within our bodies. It is unique in that it treats the body as an integrated whole and creates a more streamlined shape.



YOGA

Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years.


 

ZUMBA/LATIN BURN/SALSA

An exhilarating, effective, easy to follow Latin inspired dance class- fitness party! Be prepared to have fun, let yourself go and dance yourself fit!
